The sequence of the dance

Women and men stand one in front of another and do not join hands.

2. Polka one by one (16 bars)

1-2 bar

A woman dances polka round her right shoulder and a man round his left shoulder in the shown direction (1 figure).

3-4 bar

Further they dance a swirl in the same direction and in the end when they make two last steps, they stamp twice.

 
 

5-8 bar

The movements of 1-4 bar are repeated, but now they dance in a different direction and turn round the left shoulder (2 figure)

9-16 bar

The movements of 1-8 bar are repeated once again.

 

2.Under the arm

(8 bars)

1-2 bar

Standing one in front of another, dancers lift their right joint hands for turning around. A man dances two additive steps according to a woman right and a woman swirls round her right shoulder right (3 figure)

3-4 bar

Holding the arms in the same position, dancers repeat the movements of 1-2 bar to the opposite side (4 figure)

4 figure

 

5-8 bar

They repeat the movements of 1-4 time once again.

 

3.Polka (8 bars)

The dancers join hands for polka and dance polka the remaining 8 bars.

Further the dance is repeated from the beginning.
